Appellate Advocacy

After graduating from Yale Law School, Michael Brodsky gained invaluable experience in the intricacies of appellate practice as a law clerk to the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Brodsky has represented clients in appellate matters since 2002.

Environmental and Natural Resource Litigation

Mr. Brodsky represents clients in complex writ proceedings challenging government action in the administration of environmental laws and the allocation of water resources.

Administrative Law

Mr. Brodsky represents clients before administrative agencies, including the California State Water Resources Control Board, in proceedings to vindicate the public interest.
