After graduating from Yale Law School, Michael Brodsky gained invaluable experience in the intricacies of appellate practice as a law clerk to the Honorable Dorothy W. Nelson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Brodsky has represented clients before the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeal since 2002.
